If you are not completely satisfied with your Alpha-Stim® unit, return it within 30 days from the date you received it, postage prepaid, in its original salable condition, including all accessories, original packaging, manual, treatment protocols and DVD/CD  (if received with product). Please contact us at (866) 530-6660 to obtain a return authorization number, which is required in order to process a return. The purchase price will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee and minus the cost of shipping and handling, if any, at the time of purchase. This policy applies only to Alpha-Stim devices purchased directly from MCH Medical.  Sales of accessories, supplies, tapes, books and multiple units are final. For your protection, all packages should be sent to us through a traceable and insurable method. Please allow 1 – 2 billing cycles (30 -60 days) for us to process your credit. The sale of used Alpha-Stim devices is FINAL and used products and do not qualify for return.
